We would like to draw your attention to the following matter:
The TTS Group acquired Purtec Kunststoftechniek BV in Heerhugowaard on 1 January 2024. With this acquisition, the TTS Group has broadened its services to be even better able to serve the various needs of our clients in the future. It also secures Purtec’s future, and the collaboration with the TTS Group will lead to further professionalisation.
From now on, Purtec Kunststoftechniek BV will continue under the name Purtec Polyurethane Technology BV while retaining its own identity as a separate entity within the group and continuing to operate from Heerhugowaard. Mr D.H. De Bruijn will remain involved as a consultant and will also provide supporting consultancy work for the TTS Group.
